Nestled within the tree-lined streets of St. Petersburg’s Historic Kenwood neighborhood, The Kenwood Gables is a thoughtfully restored Tudor Revival property dating back to the early 1930s. Surrounded by charming bungalows and historic architecture, our boutique retreat offers a refined and intimate stay just minutes from vibrant Downtown St. Petersburg and the Gulf Coast’s award-winning beaches. Since opening in 2019, The Kenwood Gables has evolved into a distinctive boutique experience where historic character meets curated modern comfort. Each of our five guest accommodations has been individually designed with its own personality and atmosphere, blending timeless architectural details with layered textures, collected furnishings, and elevated amenities to create a stay that feels both personal and sophisticated. In 2022, The Kenwood Gables was selected to join the prestigious Select Registry collection — a distinction awarded to a limited number of exceptional boutique inns, bed & breakfasts, and small hotels across North America recognized for excellence in hospitality, design, and guest experience. Today, The Kenwood Gables remains one of only a select few Select Registry properties in Florida and the only member located along Florida’s west-central coast.
