Our Home
Our Boutique Bed & Breakfast is a charming Tudor Revival inspired home built in the early 1930’s. Located in St. Petersburg’s Historic Kenwood neighborhood, which is one of the oldest in Tampa Bay, The Kenwood Gables Boutique Bed & Breakfast is surrounded by tree lined avenues, picturesque Bungalows, and Craftsman-style homes. We are mere minutes away from vibrant Downtown St. Pete and a short drive from many award-winning, white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. We opened our Bed & Breakfast in the fall of 2019 and have enjoyed blurring and mixing many different styles that the home presented to us. We have a total of five guest rooms : two master suites on the main floor and three vintage rooms on the second floor. We offer a lovely homemade breakfast including fresh baked croissants, breads, & pastries. In addition, we also have daily egg specials as well as a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, and beverage options. In the summer of 2022, our B&B was evaluated to join the prestigious Select Registry company. For over 50 years, Select Registry has been representing charming, romantic, and eclectic boutique hotels, inns, and B&B's nationwide. This means that The Kenwood Gables Boutique B&B has achieved the highest accreditation possible nationwide for Inns, B&Bs, & boutique hotels. Currently, there are only 12 Select Registry properties in Florida state and we are so excited to be the only member located on Florida's west-central coast! Also, in September of 2025 we were nominated by Select Registry as "Best Craft Lodging in the Southeast Region of the USA". In addition, we are proud to say that we are one of the only traditional B&B's left in St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area! We have also earned Trip Advisor's Traveler's Choice Awards for 5 consecutive years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, & 2025. These prestigious awards put our Boutique B&B in the top 10% of Trip Advisor properties worldwide. Moreover, we have also earned between 9.8 to 9.9 out of 10 with our Booking.com partner for 2021,2022,2023, 2024, & 2025. Our homemade breakfast does not cater to special diets like Gluten Free or Vegan. Please let us know if you have special diet needs and we can discuss options.

In The Middle Of It All
The Kenwood Gables Boutique Bed & Breakfast is located in the south central area of Pinellas County within the Historic Kenwood neighborhood. We are 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 20 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport, and less than an hour from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. Our B&B is also conveniently located between vibrant Downtown St. Petersburg and also several award winning gulf coast beaches. Downtown is typically less than 10 minutes without traffic and the nearby Gulf Beaches are 20-25 minutes without traffic.

So far no Michelin stars have crossed the bay into St. Pete; however, we have do have 3 local downtown restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide as of 2025 : Il Ritorno, Fortu, & Sushi Sho Rexley We also provide an extensive curated list featuring our preferred restaurants, bars, breweries, and bakeries in your guest rooms.
